Refund Eligibility
- Customers are eligible for a full refund at any time prior to receiving their annual home inspection.
- Once your annual home inspection has been completed, no refunds will be issued for that calendar year in which the subscription began.
Cancellation After Inspection
- If you choose to cancel your subscription after your annual home inspection has been performed, you are required to pay the remaining balance of your annual subscription in full before cancellation can be processed.
Important Notes
- Your annual inspection is considered the fulfillment of the primary service included in your subscription for that year.
- By continuing your subscription beyond the inspection, you acknowledge and agree to complete the financial commitment for the full term.
